A year ago today, adventurers and lovers, Christine and Tom, tied the knot on a chilly January day. The classic elegance of their Palmer House wedding was enhanced by the venue’s signature holiday decor and its historic charm. The frescoed main lobby and the opulent red lacquer room were the perfect setting as these two gathered around and spoke their vows of love to one another in front of their friends and family.
When Christine and Tom started dating four years ago, Christine knew pretty much from the beginning that this relationship was going to be forever. For Tom it took going all the way around the world. As they sat around a bar in Japan with new friends one night, while Christine tried to translate drunken English and Japanese, he realized this was only the beginning of their adventures together. Ambitious, charismatic and both in love with travel and the opera, they knew they had found their soul mates.
I am so grateful to Misha Newgren of Liven It Up Events for introducing me to Christine and Tom! We had so much fun during their engagement session, and being at their wedding to photograph their day was a true honor. I was especially in love with Christine’s stunning white and gold Kate Spade shoes and the gorgeous florals by Stem Line Creative.
Thank you, Christine and Tom, for inviting me to capture your meaningful wedding day, and many thanks to the wedding professionals that made it all happen!
